As such, Osolto is registered with ORIAS (www.orias.fr) under number 26004337 in the capacity of Broker in banking operations and payment services (IOBSP).
Osolto is also a member of the association La Compagnie IOBSP (https://www.lacie-iob.fr), 8 rue Godot de Mauroy, Paris 9th, 75009, France. La Compagnie IOBSP is an association dedicated to Intermediaries in Banking Operations and Payment Services (IOBSP) approved by the ACPR Banque de France.
In the context of this activity:
Osolto acts exclusively as an intermediary ;
Osolto does not provide any financial investment advisory services;
Osolto never holds its clients' funds;
Banking, payment, and currency exchange services are provided exclusively by first-class partner institutions duly authorized, as described below.
Payment and currency exchange service partners
The services offered by Osolto are based on partnerships with prestigious regulated institutions.
These institutions are authorised and supervised by the competent authorities in their respective jurisdictions (European prudential authorities or equivalent) as payment institutions, electronic money institutions or financial service providers. The partner involved in executing a given service depends on the type of service, currency or jurisdiction of the client, as detailed for each below.

1. For clients in the United Kingdom (UK)
Payment and electronic money services are provided by The Currency Cloud Limited. Registered in England under No. 06323311. Registered office: 1 Sheldon Square, London, W2 6TT, United Kingdom. The Currency Cloud Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money (FRN: 900199).
2. For clients in the European Union (EU / EEA)
For clients based in the European Economic Area, the issuing of electronic money and the provision of associated payment services for Osolto are provided by CurrencyCloud B.V. CurrencyCloud B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 72186178. Registered office: Mr. Treublaan 7, 1097 DP, Amsterdam, Netherlands. CurrencyCloud B.V. is authorised and regulated by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) as an Electronic Money Institution (relationship number: R142701).
3. For clients in the United States (USA)
Payment services in the United States are provided by Visa Global Services Inc. (VGSI), a licensed money transmitter (NMLS ID 181032) in the states listed here. Ebury Partners Belgium NV/SA is authorised and regulated by the National Bank of Belgium as a Payment Institution under the Act of 11 March 2018, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0681.746.187.
IbanFirst SA
The payment and associated exchange services offered for OSolto are provided by iBanFirst SA, whose registered office is at Avenue Louise 350, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, registered under company number 0849.872.824 (RLE Brussels). iBanFirst SA is authorised by the National Bank of Belgium as a payment institution.
