As such, Osolto is registered with ORIAS (www.orias.fr) under number 26004337 in the capacity of Broker in banking operations and payment services (IOBSP).
Osolto is also a member of the association La Compagnie IOBSP (https://www.lacie-iob.fr), 8 rue Godot de Mauroy, Paris 9th, 75009, France. La Compagnie IOBSP is an association dedicated to Intermediaries in Banking Operations and Payment Services (IOBSP) approved by the ACPR Banque de France.
In the context of this activity:
Osolto acts exclusively as an intermediary ;
Osolto does not provide any financial investment advisory services;
Osolto never holds its clients' funds;
Banking, payment, and currency exchange services are provided exclusively by first-class partner institutions duly authorized, as described below.

The services offered by Osolto are based on partnerships with prestigious regulated institutions.
These institutions are licensed and supervised by the competent authorities in their respective jurisdictions (European prudential authorities or equivalent) as payment institutions, electronic money institutions or financial service providers.

Payment services in the United States are provided by Visa Global Services Inc. (VGSI), a licensed money transmitter (NMLS ID 181032) in the states listed here .
